🏆 Rob Pasker Named a 2024 Toledo 20 Under 40 Honoree

I’ve never done this work for recognition—but I’m grateful when the impact is seen.

This year, I was humbled to be selected as a 2024 20 Under 40 award recipient , one of the region’s highest honors for young professionals making a difference in Northwest Ohio. From community-based real estate education to policy advocacy and leadership development, this recognition reflects years of showing up for my city and refusing to wait for permission to lead.

“The most valuable leaders aren’t just visible—they’re valuable to their people,” I shared in my interview. “Everything I do is about elevating the communities that raised me.”

🔁 The Work Behind the Award

This award highlights the years of service I’ve put into:

• ✅ Leading homeownership education workshops for first-time buyers
• ✅ Building the Greater Toledo Realtist Association from the ground up
• ✅ Advocating for housing equity and economic mobility across Toledo
• ✅ Mentoring youth and aspiring entrepreneurs through speaking engagements, panels, and school partnerships

None of this is theory—it’s boots-on-the-ground work to close the wealth gap and build a stronger, more resilient Toledo.

🗳 Why It Matters for This Campaign

I’m running for Toledo City Council to take this work even further. Recognition like this reminds us that progress is possible when we stay rooted in purpose and focused on people.

On Council, I’ll continue this momentum by:

• ✅ Advocating for smart housing policy
• ✅ Investing in neighborhoods and small business development
• ✅ Bringing a voice of lived experience to the table

I’m not new to the work. I’ve been about this. And I’m ready to serve at the next level.
